If you book a demonstration or express interest in the software, you agree to be contacted by us via email or phone to provide more information or schedule a demo.

Use of the actual RunSitePro software (outside this website) will be governed by a separate Software Licence Agreement and/or Subscription Terms, which will be provided at the time of onboarding.

Waitlist price lock. If you join the RunSitePro waitlist and later subscribe, the monthly plan price published on this website on the date you joined the waitlist will be honoured for as long as your subscription continues without a break, subject only to an annual adjustment in line with UK inflation (the Consumer Prices Index), of which you will be given at least 30 days' notice. You will not be moved onto a higher public price. This applies to the plan subscription price only; add-ons (vehicle trackers, AI usage, extra file storage and onboarding sessions) and charges for additional people beyond your plan are billed at the rates current at the time. The price lock ends if your subscription is cancelled or lapses.
