More than 25 people? That's the Extended plan. More than 50? Each additional person, staff or subcontractor, is £9 per month on Extended.
A person counts when they have a RunSitePro login that month, in the office or on the app. Workforce records without a login are free, and customers never count.
Why £249 a month?
It's a fair question, so here's a straight answer. RunSitePro is priced for building companies that are ready to run the business side properly. For a company at that stage it replaces several subscriptions and a lot of evenings, and it does it with everyone in one place.
Who it's for
Building companies with staff and subcontractors on site, projects that run for weeks or months, and an office that's drowning in the paperwork around them.
If you do a few small jobs a year and a notebook works, it's more than you need right now, and we'd rather say so.
25 people included
Most trade software charges per seat, typically £10 to £44 a month for every extra person, so a firm that puts the office and the site team on is paying hundreds in seats alone.
RunSitePro includes 25 people, staff or subcontractors, any mix. Put the whole team on from day one. Everyone in, everyone talking, everyone working from the same records. That's the point of it.
One place, not five
Quoting, scheduling, contracts, variations, invoicing, the diary, check-in, chat, photos, files, vehicles and the accounts all share one set of records. Nothing is typed twice and nothing is lost between systems.
The admin it removes is hard to put a number on, but you already know what the evenings cost.
A worked example
A building company with four in the office and twenty on site, running three vans, paying for the usual separate tools. Published UK prices, autumn 2026, all plus VAT.

Vehicles: UK vehicle tracking runs from about £9 to £30 per vehicle a month, usually on a 12-month or longer contract. Three vans at £11.99 is £36 a month. With RunSitePro it's £9 per vehicle a month, no contract, plus the tracker at £60 once, and the live map, MOT and tax reminders are part of the same system.
Prices are the published monthly rates of well-known UK products in autumn 2026, rounded to the pound. Your own mix will differ. The point isn't the exact figure: it's that the tools are already costing more than £249, and none of them talk to each other.
Coming for subcontractors: a free RunSitePro app of their own
Today a subbie uses the app your company invites them into. Next, they'll get their own: their quotes, their CIS invoices, their customers and their diary, on their phone, free. It isn't ready yet and we won't put a date on it until it is. If you're a subcontractor, join the waitlist and we'll tell you when it lands.
