    Privacy Policy

    Effective Date: 27 June 2025  ·  Last Updated: 12 October 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how RunSitePro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website https://www.runsitepro.com (the "Website").

We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    1. Who We Are

RunSitePro is a software product developed by Creative Construction Solutions Ltd, a VAT-registered UK building company. The software is designed to help small building companies and contractors manage pricing, quoting, contracts, invoicing, and vehicle tracking.

If you have questions about this policy or your personal data, please contact us at:

    📧 Email: info@runsitepro.com

    📍 Address: 8 Blane Place, Potton, Bedfordshire, SG19 2FQ

    2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following types of personal data when you interact with our Website:

    • Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number (if provided)
    • Business Details: Company name, job title, number of staff (if submitted through forms)
    • Website Usage Data: pages visited, how you reached the site and the advert that brought you here, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, and only if you accept them on the cookie bar
    • Communication Data: Emails you send us, forms you submit, or demo requests

    3. How We Use Your Data

    We use your data to:

    • Respond to enquiries and demo requests
    • Provide you with information about RunSitePro
    • Improve our website and user experience
    • Send newsletters or updates (only if you've opted in)
    • Comply with any legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

    4. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR:

    • Consent: When you opt in to receive communications
    • Legitimate Interests: To respond to your enquiries and operate our business
    • Legal Obligation: To comply with legal or regulatory requirements

    5. Cookies

This website sets two kinds of non-essential cookie, and only if you accept them:

    • Google Analytics (cookies beginning _ga, set by Google). It tells us which pages are read, how people arrive at the site and roughly where in the world they are, with IP addresses anonymised. Google receives that information and uses it in line with its own privacy policy.
    • Meta Pixel (a cookie called _fbp, set by Meta Platforms). It tells us whether a visit came from one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts and which pages were viewed, so we can see which adverts work. Meta receives that information and uses it in line with its own privacy policy.

When you first visit, a bar at the foot of the page asks whether you accept. Nothing is set until you choose, and choosing "No thanks" leaves the site working exactly the same. Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again; that is not a tracking cookie. You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link in the page footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.

We use no other analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Videos on the site are hosted by Vimeo and load only when you press play, with Vimeo's "do not track" setting on.

    6. Documents Sent to You by a RunSitePro Customer

Builders who use RunSitePro can send their own customers a link to a quotation, contract, invoice, statement or other document, and the customer can read, comment on, accept or decline it in the browser without an account. When you open one of these links, RunSitePro records that the document was opened, in the same way as a read receipt:

    • When the link was opened, how long the document was open and how far it was read
    • The type of device and browser used
    • Technical details of the connection, including the IP address and a browser identifier, which are kept with the record of each view and of any acceptance or decline
    • Anything you type on the page, such as a comment, your name when you accept, or a reason when you decline

This is recorded so that the builder who sent the document knows it has been seen and acted on, and so that an online acceptance can be shown to have come from the person it was sent to. Only that builder and RunSitePro can see it; nobody else is given it. It is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing.

The builder who sends you the document is responsible for your personal data as the data controller, and RunSitePro processes it on their behalf under the contract between us. The record is kept for as long as the builder keeps the document it relates to. If you have a question about a document sent to you, contact the builder first; you can also contact us using the details at the foot of this page.

    7. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We store your data securely using trusted UK or EU-based hosting providers and cloud services. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorised access or misuse.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.

    8. Sharing Your Data

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our website or deliver communications (e.g. email platforms, CRM tools). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We may also share your data where required by law or regulatory authority.

    9. Your Data Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we hold about you
    • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
    • Request deletion of your data (where legally allowed)
    • Withdraw your consent at any time
    • Object to or restrict our use of your data
    • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

To exercise your rights, please contact us at info@runsitepro.com.

    10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please review their policies before submitting personal data.

    11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
